opened our doors, our mission was to provide a single business
for the members of our community-the Oakland/Piedmont area-to
buy, upgrade, and service their computers. That mission continues
to this day, and we are happy to say that when our customers
are ready to replace their aging East Bay Computer Center
computers, they come back to visit us again for the latest
technology units. This is proof of our commitment to service-More
proof is the fact that many of our customers are referred
to us by word of mouth, and that our customer base has grown
beyond the greater Bay Area and also includes many Bay Area
schools and governments.
No sales commissions allows us to
provide better customer service with the added benefits of

Our systems
come with a one-year parts warranty and a ten-year free upgrade
labor limited warranty. We provide free limited telephone
technical support.
Our in-store service turnaround time is
typically less than three days-Sometimes same-day service-Try
that with one of the "computer superstores." We also offer
on-site service.
